He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ned Hall and Dana Lou Simmons Hall; his grandmother Clarice Simmons Webb; his children, Kimberly C. Hall of Mobile and Derek W. Hall of Chunchula; his grandchildren, Victorija Hall-Smith, Liam Smith and Brinkley Hall; and his brother Thomas Hall.
