He is survived by: his mother Euna Faye Quiller Wise of Samson, AL; his son Zac Wise of Samson, AL; his close friend Mona Mock of Samson, AL; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Aleigh and Ashley; his brothers, Jerry Wise of Samson and Keith Wise (Gina) of Samson; his nieces, Laura Tinsley (Henson) and Melanie Adkison (Jeffery); his nephew Dustin Wise (Amy); and also, Justin Mock (Mindy) of DeFuniak Springs, FL and Jordy Mock of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
