She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Phillips and Mildred Irene Young Phillips; her husband Jimmy; her children, Randy Bryant and Tanya Bryant; her grandson Branden Nelson; her sister Frances Johnson; and her nephew Shannon Heath.
She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Nelson; her stepchildren, Sheri Troublefield (Scotty) of Samson, AL and Michael Heath of Samson, AL; her daughter-in-law Amy Heath of Samson, AL; and her siblings, Betty Moody of Samson, AL, Jimmy Phillips of Gant, AL, James Thomas of Enterprise, AL and Patricia Broxson (Tommy) of Bellwood, AL.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
