She was predeceased by: her mother Brenda Holmes; and her stepfather Johnnie Rodgers. She is survived by: her father David Carr of Elba; her children, Jakob Holmes and Nadia Holmes; her grandchildren, Kanan Holmes of Samson and Gianna Johnson of Samson; and her brothers, Jason Rodgers of Coffee Springs, Jonathan Rodgers of Enterprise and Travis Carr of Elba.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chancellor Assembly of God Church (10527 AL-27, Chancellor, AL 36316). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
