She was predeceased by: her parents, Leamon Weeks and Lizzie Sumblin Weeks; her husband Glen McCollough; and her siblings, Bill Weeks, Charles Weeks, Annette Spears and Betty Weeks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Zorn (David), Janet Howell (Keith) and Cindy Branch (Jeff); her grandchildren, Paige Fountain (Heath), Hayley Miller (Ryan), Cassidy Anthony (Nathan) and Jacob Branch; her great grandchildren, Griffin, Alli Kate Fountain, Finn and Grayson Miller; and her caregivers, Ruby Shirah, Mary Overall and Trisha Spivey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home (2744 W Magnolia Ave, Samson, AL 36477). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery (579 Co Rd 19, Samson, AL 36477).
