He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tim Faulk (Cornelia), June Faulk Schroeder and Alice Faulk Ryan (James); and his fathers, Ernest Olen "Doug" and Theodore McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Faulk; and his brother Joe Faulk (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Travelers Rest cemetery or the First Baptist Church of Samson.
