It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Peacock Jr. (Samson, Alabama), born in Geneva, Alabama, who passed away on March 27, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ray Peacock, Clem Peacock, Lamar Peacock, Edker Peacock and Versie Holley; his granddaughter Chelsey Sword; his great grandchild Keegan Beasley; and his son Thomas Ray Fortier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Jenise Peacock of DeFuniak Springs, Lesley Dunnivan (Scott) of Chipley and Jennifer Lynn Peacock of Samson; his siblings, Billy Peacock (Cindy) of Westville, Nellie Mock of Samson, Faye Lawson of Samson and Lois Mock (Roger) of Samson; his grandchildren, Brittney J. Beasley, Lillian B. Beasley, Gracie M. Beasley, Caden J. Peacock, Tara D. Dunnivan and James D. Dunnivan; and his great grandchildren, Karsyn, Klohie and Tanner.
