He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Woolwine; his brother-in-law Harry Parker (Sandy); and his father Theodore McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Betty C. Ingalls Woolwine; his daughters, Anne Woolwine Philpott (Steve) of Owensboro, Chelsey Hartwick (Mike) of Enterprise, Lanea Weeks Faulk (Brad) of Geneva and Deanna Weeks Asdel (Michael) of Birmingham, Alabama.; his brother Ted Woolwine (Beverly) of Esto, Florida.; his grandchildren, Cade Faulk, Madison Tucker, Grant Tucker, Seth Asdel, Emma Tucker, Sierra Kemper (David), Austin Philpott, Grayson Philpott and Isla Hartwick; and his great grandchild Easton Helms.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his name be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
