She is survived by: her husband Randy Adams of Samson, AL; her son Jacob Howell of Lake City, FL; her stepchildren, Hallie Adams Carroll (Josh) of Hartford, AL and Cameron Adams of Samson, AL; her grandchild Clarke Carroll; and her siblings, Lauana Bates (Tom) of High Springs, FL, Jason Hemphill (Tara) of High Springs, FL and Billy Hemphill (Jennifer) of High Springs, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
