It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Scrivner formerly of Samantha, Alabama, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wildon C. Scrivner and Marie Scrivner (Messer); his wife Brenda T. Scrivner; his children, Lisa Brown (Aaron) and Wildon "Wil"; his grandchildren, Tyler Lott (Katie), Justin Scrivner (Kristen) and Jordan; and his siblings, Patricia Rivera (Bolivar), William E. Scrivner (Becky), Judy Thomas (Jeff), Dan Scrivner (Tammy) and Joe Scrivner. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the mandated regulations with the state of AL, all attendees of services and visitations are required to wear a mask and attempt to maintain 6ft social distancing.
