He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jacobs and Rosie Jacobs; and his siblings, Vernon, Albert Jr., Douglas, Early, Doris, Betty and Earline.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Jean Jacobs and Minnie J. Goodman; his siblings, Irene and Otis; and his friends, Ricky, Lawanda Williamson, Jennifer Draper, Jimmy and Rita Beck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations to be made to Campground United Methodist Church in memory of Jerry Jacobs, P.O box 126, Samantha, Ala., 35482.
