He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Bill" White and Annie Mae White. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Sabrina White and Marcy White DeRamus; his grandsons, Dustin Jack and Haydn Jack; and his sister Billye Ann Seay.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or Hospice of West Alabama.
