He was predeceased by: his father Henry Moore. He is survived by: his wife Willie B. Moore; his children, Jeroline Bell (Rod) of Columbus, Georgia, Patricia Moore of Buford, LaQuita Moore-Smith of Calera, Alabama and Jerry Williams of Columbus, Georgia; his siblings, Bernice Moore and Thomas Moore; his brother-in-law Robert Gober of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Torrona Creighton (Terrance), Tiffini Morgan (Brian), Christal Brown, William Chandler Smith and Chloe Smith; and his caregivers, Shanquita Clouds, Melissa Huguley and Latonia Miles. He is also survived by grandkids; a host of beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
