He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stewart Middlebrook; his children, Robbie Defruscio (Chris), Sherry Lifsey (Steve), Stewart James Lawson (Amy) and Vincent LaDon Middlebrook; his grandchildren, Abbey Lawson Toland (John Paul), Chad Lifsey, Brandi Dekker, Britney Smith and Logan Middlebrook; his great grandchildren, John Greyson Toland, Chase Dekker, Luke Lifsey, Jake Lifsey, Jett Smith, Haven Smith and Britton Middlebrook; and his half-brother Wayne.
