He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood L. Holt and Laura Catherine Smith Holt. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Hearn Holt; his children, Rhonda Ann Freeman (Carky) of Salem, AL, Tami Michelle Hussey (Sandy) of Salem, AL and Matthew Jason Shawn Holt of Columbus, GA; his siblings, Diane Belton of Valley, AL, Sandra Willis (Randall) of Opelika, AL and Steve Holt (Rejene) of Beulah, AL; his grandchildren, Caleb Holt Freeman (Kimberly), Kindell Nicole Anderson (Daniel), Chad Nicholas Hussey (Taylor) and Matthew Ethan Holt; and his great grandchildren, Harper Claire Anderson, Ridge Preston Anderson and Lillian Skye Williams Freeman. He is also survived by several other extended family, church family and friends.
