He is survived by: his wife Shelia Lackey Durham of Salem, AL; his children, Mae Durham of Salem, AL, Russell Durham (Kristen) of Pace, FL and Travis Durham of Columbus, GA; his mother-in-law Shirley Lackey; his sisters, Debra Carpenter (Bill) of Ft. Wayne, Ind and Chris Byers (Joe) of Ft. Wayne, Ind; and his grandson Forrest James Durham of Pace, FL. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
