She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ewell P. Austin and Ruth Singleton Austin; her sister Cynthia Bradley; her husband Charles "Danny" Tice; her daughters, Anna Elswick (Mark) of Salem, AL and Laura Jones (Stuart) of Salem, AL; her close friend Deborah Webster of Salem, AL; her cousin Wayne Pittman (Amelia) of Phenix City, AL; her brother Lamar Austin of Statesville, NC; and her grandchildren, Marissa Bradley, Candice Jones, Lillie Jones, Reagan Elswick and Mae Jones.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions be made in Cay's memory to Concord Baptist Church's Children's Ministry (321 Lee Road 251 Salem, AL 36874 cbcsalem.net) or American Alzheimer's Association (act.alz.org).
