She is survived by: her husband Gary Hughley; her daughters, Kishina Johnson of Auburn, AL and Candice Baker of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Rashawn Johnson, Chasity Baker, Roy Henderson III, Alexxis Milner, Malik Baker, Amberly Johnson and Jacob Nelms; her great grandchildren, Nyhah Baker, Ivy Baker, Syria Henderson, Rose Milner, Prince Milner, Laiklee Baker, Kyren Baker and Jaxton Jones; her siblings, Dorothy Johnson of Akron, OH, Denise Fitzpatrick (Sentha) of Tuskegee, AL, Brenda Johnson of Opelika, AL, Dennis Johnson of Akron, OH, Deverette Johnson of Columbus, OH and Alexis Philpot of Auburn, AL; her aunt Alice Torbert of Columbus, GA; and her uncles, William Johnson of Columbus, Robert Johnson of Columbus and Larry Tolbert (Theresa) of Hephzibah, GA. She is also survived by five sisters-in-law.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Home Chapel (515 S 6th St, Opelika, AL 36801).
