She is survived by: her children, Charlie Battle (Christine) of Salem, AL, George Battle (Marcine) of Lawrenceville, GA, Barbara Hodge (Homer) of Salem, AL, Jessie Horn (Kenneth) of Salem, AL, Shearlean Battle of Salem, AL and Ruby Foster (Larry) of Chattahoochee Hills, GA; her daughter-in-law Brenda Battle of Opelika, AL; her sister-in-law Linda Battle of Orlando, FL; her great-niece Gloria Thomas; her cousin Alfrances Pitts; and also, Ronella Hollis and Jo Ann Allen. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren; devoted niece.
