With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Wayne McBride of Salem, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on May 11, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edgar McBride and Nadine Hubbard McBride. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Redden McBride; his children, Tracy Bowling (Chuck), Rodney McBride (Terri), Nathan McBride (Sonya) and Jason McBride (Melinda); and his siblings, Derrie Cook, Tommy McBride (Susan) and Jerry McBride (Jean). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and ten precious great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to Gentiva Hospice in memory of Mr. John Wayne McBride.
