He is survived by: his children, Darrin James Meadows (Roberta) of Bellefontaine, Ohio and Jessica Jae Gurley (Quantez) of Las Vegas, NV; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Meadows of Columbus, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Britney Nicole Malcolm (Jared), Brett Maurice Meadows (Cierra), Brandon James Meadows, Briyanna Jael Blue, Brooklyn Jenae Bailey (Mason), Anfernee Wanya Gurley and Bronx Jermaine Meadows; his great grandchild Ivy Elaine Meadows; his brothers, Vincent Meadows and Christopher Meadows-Culquit; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Clark (Kathryn) of Bellefontaine, OH, Glen Clark (Theodora) of Las Vegas, NV and Dedria Scott (Michael). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
