He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. White and Annie Elizabeth Hood White. He is survived by: his wife Jean White of Salem, Alabama; his children, Susan Morrison (Eddie) of Salem, Alabama and Jerry White, Jr. of North Carolina; his brother Paul M. White of Salem; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Morrison, Jenna Morrison, Matthew Morrison and Brianna Vogel; and his close friend Neal Pelham of Salem. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
