With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Barfield (Salem, Alabama), born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on December 16, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Barfield and Mara E. Taylor Barfield; and his brothers, Michael T. Barfield and Steve Barfield. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Robinson Barfield; his children, Niki Barefield (Rodney) and Richard Paul Barfield (Caroline); his brother Terry Gillen; and his grandchildren, Zach Hudson, Richard Barfield II, Abby Grace Hudson and John David Barfield.
