She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Akins; and her brother Thomas Akins, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Maureen Robinson Akins of Phenix City, AL.; her husband Robert McIntosh of Salem; her sisters, Linda Roy (Tom) of Illinois and Janis Davis (Alan) of Lee County; and her nieces and nephews, Zachary, Corey and Balyi. She is also survived by many cousins, loyal co-workers and friends.
