She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Emma Agan, Arlie Agan and Betty Kelley. She is survived by: her parents, James Lee Agan and Debra Dian Verner Agan of Valley, Alabama; her husband Eric Mark Toole of Salem, Alabama; her mother-in-law Cathy of Temple, Georgia; her children, Alexandrea "Lexi" Toole of Salem, Alabama and Chase Toole of Salem, Alabama; her sister Nancy Faye McCormick (Rick) of LaGrange, Georgia; and her nieces, Briana Dian Johnson of LaGrange, Georgia and Elizabeth Rian Johnson of LaGrange, Georgia. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
