He is survived by: his parent Frances Gunter Page; his children, Penny Holland (Mark) and Steve Page (Anissa); his brother Clarence Page; his grandchildren, Mindy Turnbull (Jamie), Todd Beauchamp and Corey Page; and his great grandchildren, Colton Turnbull of Ellie Turnbull and Mona Beauchamp of Harlin Beauchamp. He is also survived by extended family members and many caring friends.
