He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Ann Duke; and his parents, Lavert Duke and Mary Lou Wilkerson Duke. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ferguson Duke; his daughter Lisa Michelle Duke (Charles); his son-in-law Lamar Koen; his grandchildren, Kayla Roberts, Gracie Koen, David Stabler, Dylan Koen and JerriKah Godwin; his great grandchildren, Dallas West and Henley West; and his brothers, Terry Duke (Reita) and David Duke (Theresa).
