With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Ikner (Saint Stephens, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ann Ikner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vincent and Lucille Vincent; her sisters, Peggy and Janet Shirkey; and her daughter Carolyn Ikner.
She is survived by: her husband David P. Ikner; her sons, Keith Ikner (Christy), Kent Ikner (Kim), John Ikner and Jim Ikner (Cindy); her grandchildren, Shanna, Melanie, Robert, Gregory, Kara, Caleb, Kate and Courtney; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Bryline, Shelby, Addi, Hunter, Corbyn, Preston, Malcom, Ty, Emerson, Lily, Ellie, Bre, Jett, Lincoln, Jones, Ella and Owen.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Leroy Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, First Baptist Church of Leroy, or the Leroy Volunteer Fire Department.
