He was predeceased by: his parents, U. E. McIlwain and Virginia Murial Colclesure McIlwain; and his brothers, Gilbert McIlwain and Kevin McIlwain. He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Brown; and his siblings, Harley Frank McIlwain (Debbie) and Darlene McIlwain Denise (William Manuel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
