He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dean Waite and Doris Patrick Waite (Malcom); and his stepmother Myrtle Thompson Waite. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Waite; his son Kelly Waite (Anna); his sister Shirley Howard; and his grandchildren, Melissa Agee (Jamie), Hayden Waite, Devin Waite, Kelsey Payne (Austin) and Payton Trujillo (Scott).
