She is survived by: her close friend Evelyn McIllwain; her daughter Glenda Strickland (Leon); her grandchildren, Adrian Melinda Deese, Ashley Lynn Deese, Jared Lamar Strickland (Riley), Dakota Robert Johnson, Kaitlin McKinley Johnson and Alex Gardner; her great grandchildren, Gabe, Ayden, Abel and Mary Rowan; and her cousins, Lou Tomberlin (Charles Bankston), Best Friend and Evelyn McIllwain.
