He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Taylor and Myrtle Copeland Davis; his sister Dorothy Taylor Hood; and his close friend Hugh Bagents. He is survived by: his wife Ann Stephenson Taylor; his children, Wanda Williams (Mack), Danny Taylor (Angie) and Stevie Taylor (Windy); his grandchildren, Shelly Hughes (Bill), Haley Boyd (Travis), Brianna Taylor, Morgan Norman (Michael Jay), Bailey Taylor, Abbey Taylor (Hunter DeVoss), Austin Taylor and Wes Taylor; his great grandchildren, Blakely Boyd, Henley Boyd, Charlee Kate Boyd, Harper Taylor, Parker Hughes, Hunt Hughes and River James DeVoss; and his siblings, Billie Ann McLeod, Pat Tatom (Donnie Drinkard) and Judy Bryant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
