She is survived by: her children, William E. Carter, Jr. (Rhonda) and Karl G. Carter (Leigh Anne); her grandchildren, Drew, Lori Carter, Landon and Mollie Carter; her stepgrandchildren, Gavin Todd Greenhaw and Baylor Cruse Greenhaw; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Carter and Kensley Carter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
