He was predeceased by: his parents, John Welton and Myrtle Welton; and his brothers, Herbert Welton (Geraldine) and Hubert Welton (Rosie). He is survived by: his wife Wynell Welton; his children, William Patrick Welton (Tina), Paul Douglas Welton (Gina) and Crystal Angela Hamm (Jared); his grandchildren, Nicolas Mahoney, Jessica Weeks, Katelyn Welton, Devin Welton, Victoria Welton, Alex Betts, Alyssa Betts and Samantha Jo Welton; and his great grandchild Dakota Welton.
