She is survived by: her son Paul Tommy Staples (Kaylen); her grandchildren, Robert Staples (Tina), Patricia Jacobs, David Staples (Lia) and Betsy Miniclier; her great grandchildren, Zack Jacobs, Wesley Staples, Sidney Rhine (Jeremy), Henry Staples and Allison Staples; her sister Dannie Parker; her niece Sally Gusmus (Randy); her nephew Jim Parker (Diane); and her caregivers, Kerry, Whitney and Carmen.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
