We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Thomas Wayne McDowell of Russellville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Seay McDowell; and his parents, Maxie Pierce McDowell and Lury Mae McDowell. He is survived by: his children, Mary Bettye Muse (Bobby) and Allen Wayne McDowell (Tabatha); and his grandchildren, Jonathon Muse, Kristen Slone and Alex McDowell.
