He is survived by: his wife Pam Smith Montgomery; his children, Holly Polasky and Noah Montgomery; his grandson Asher Polasky; and his siblings, Don Montgomery (Rita), Gary Montgomery (Paula) and Robin Montgomery Jackson (John). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
