He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stults and Annie Medley Stults; and his sisters, Tommie Jo Peden and Judy Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Coats Stults; his children, Carter Stults, Ponda Gordon (Elliott) and Leanne Martin (David); his grandchildren, Will Stults (Amanda), Catlin Stults (Lesley), Katelynn Thompson (Coleman), Madilyn Stults, Charlie Gordon, Ty Martin, Destin Martin and Colton Martin; his great grandchildren, Dalton Stults, Nolen Stults, Easton Stults, Lily Belle Stults and Ila Kate Thompson; his brother Horace Stults (Carolyn); and the mother of his children Betty Stults. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
