He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Taylor Garner; his parents, Frank Wesley Garner, Sr. and Annie Loue Reed Garner; and his siblings, Alice Garner Watts, Martha Garner Ward, Charles Garner, Frank Wesley Garner, Jr., Joann Garner Shettles and Sue Garner King.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Garner (Angel) and Robin Garner Griffin (DeWayne); his grandchildren, Joseph Williford, Gaby Garner and Trey Garner; and his siblings, Herbert Allen Garner and Janet Garner Fain. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
