He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Louis Harper; his uncles, Michael Harper and Jimmy Harper; his wife Tammy Taylor Messamore; his children, Brianna Welch and Shane Welch; his parents, Randall Craig Messamore and Kathy Hill; his grandmother Sarah Harper; and his brothers, Randall Craig Messamore, Jr., Aaron Hill and Adam Messamore. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
