He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Otha Goins and Fraulene Willingham Goins; and his wife Vicki Kennedy Goins. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Jolly, Krista Gentry (Zach), Derrick Kennedy and Jamey Goins; and his brother Douglas Goins (Ann). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
