He was predeceased by: his father Kermit Lee Scott. He is survived by: his wife Vira Scott; his children, Richard Paul Scott, Jr., Gloria Rose Scott and Mark Evan Scott; his mother Adeline Scott; his siblings, Tammy Henry (Ronald), Ron Scott (Renee), Cindy Green (Keith) and Amanda Williamson (Frank); and his aunts, Mildred Jeske and Estelle Rea. He is also survived by 7 nieces & nephews.
