He was predeceased by: his parents, Rassey Sever and Mattie Lou Cooper (Pierce); and his siblings, Teen Davis, Ann Ellis, Robert Earl Cooper and Tommy Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cooper; his children, Rassey S. Cooper, III (Karen) and Teresa Casas (Eddie); his grandchildren, Corey Casas (Marilyn), Justin Casas (Ashley), Austin Casas (Amber), Johnathan Casas, Jan Patrick (Paul), Carrie Borden (Jeremy), Troy Helton (Erica), RJ Cooper and Perry Woodard (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Hope, Hunter, Auburn, Mary, Lexie, Kayden, Mason, Salem, Eathan, Maeley, Madison, Shyanne, Tylar, Sam, Kristein, Evie and Riley. He is also survived by his friends and family.
