She was predeceased by: her husband Freddie Lane Johnson; her daughter Elizabeth Lynn Frost; and her parents, Gilbert Phillip King and Sarah Nell Cook. She is survived by: her children, John Johnson, Laura Johnson Lowery (Corey) and Dionna Johnson Tate (Chris); her grandchildren, Mia Gann, Makayla Gann, Madelynn Tate, Kanauriea Whitson, Hannah Tate Tapp (Thorne), Gabby Mahaffey (Troy) and Alexandria Tate Graves (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Walker Baker and Wendell Lane Myrick; her sisters, Mattie Wright, Jenny Stoddard (Tim) and Daisy King; and her nieces and nephews, John Crotts, Dale Wright, Shannon Wright and Adam Crotts.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spry Memorial Chapel/ Funeral Home (907 Jackson Ave S, Russellville, AL 35653-2625). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
