He is survived by: his wife Serena Anglin; his children, Krystle McCollum (James), Timothy Downard (Kimberly), Nathaniel Downard (Molly) and Sara Downard; and his grandchildren, Madilynne Burcham, Morgan Burcham, Kenzie Downard, Eli Downard, Dixon Parks, Serenity Parks, Destiny Parks and Jameson Blake McCollum.
