He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Clark and Ruby Clark; and his siblings, William H. Clark, Billy Ray Clark and Dorothy Cole.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Bishop (Kirk) and Cindy Inzano; his sister Polly Bachard; his grandchildren, Brandon Bishop, Monica McCullough, Brad Bohannon and Mandy LeCornu; and his great grandchildren, Mason Bishop, Averi Bishop, Cadence McCullough, Lincoln McCullough, Gracen LeCornu and Victor LeCornu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either St. Jude's or Shriner's Children's Hospitals.
