He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Hawkins (Cindy) of East Peoria, Scott, Michael Hawkins of Russellville and Otis P. Hawkins of McAllen, Texas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews and cousins.
