We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2023, at the age of 83, Oneal Sparks of Russellville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Sparks and Lottie Zelma Skidmore Sparks. He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Humphries, Jean Belew, Ann Skidmore and James L Sparks; his wife Betty Jo; his daughters, Anita House (Rob) of Atlanta and Vickie Watson of Atlanta; his pets, JoJo and Herbie; his sister Linda Underwood; and his caregivers, Keri, Tammy and Carmen.
