He is survived by: his significant other Susan Fugate; his children, Lee Fugate (Amber), Jennifer Fugate (Elvis) and Nikki Murray (Matt); his grandchildren, Hunter Baker, Noah Fretwell, Emoree Murray, Anna Grace Fugate, Jase Fretwell, Makenna Murray, Lennox Murray, Emma Kate Fugate and Linley Murray; his sister Elizabeth Fountain; his nephew Brian Fountain Randy Fountain (Claudia); and his niece Mackenzie Rikard (Ryan).
