Lorraine Nix Presley Obituary
Etta Lorraine Presley, age 75, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, April 02, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family. She left this life peacefully surrounded by her loved ones after a long hard fight against Cancer.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She retired from Wal Mart after 25 years. She loved to travel, making frequent trips with family and friends. Ms. Presley's joy of life, humor, loving personality, and adventurous nature will be missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Presley, parents, Luther and Beatrice Nix; brother, Rayburn Nix; and best friend, Lou Ann Dossett.
She leaves to cherish her memory, children; Pamela White (Jimmy), Patricia Laster (Barry), Doug Presley (Christy);grandchildren, Brittany White, Kaci White, Randall White, Brooke Hamilton, Paige Presley, Jaden Laster, and Presley Laster; great-grandchildren Natalie White, Matthew White, Xander Baker, Samuel Steele, Waylon Presley; siblings; Leonard Nix (Patricia), Christine Inmon (Jerry), Marie James, and Timothy Nix; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 07, 2022 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the service following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Anthony Laster will speak at the service. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be Billy Inmon, Daniel Beard, Jaden Laster, Randall White, Coleman Warhurst, and Kobe Warhurst.
